Crisis Cleanup is an independent platform used across the country during disasters to connect impacted residents and voluntary organizations who are offering support with clean up services, including muck-out of residences, removing wet and damaged property, drywall, and flooring, and clearing access onto the property where debris is limiting access. You can report your damage and request assistance between 8AM & 5PM daily by calling (970) 283-7325 or contacting 211 Colorado. There is no cost to report your damage or request assistance through Crisis Cleanup. 211 Colorado streamlines services and provides one central location where people can get connected to the resources they need. With a database that is updated daily, 211 Colorado can connect you to critical resources simply by dialing a three-digit number. Whether you are searching for update re-entry information, debris clean-up resources, food, clothing, hygiene kits, or other basic needs or disaster specific services – dialing 2-1-1, texting 898-211, or visiting www.211colorado.org can connect you to resources that are available for anyone who has been impacted by the recent floods in Southwest Colorado.

All VOAD (Voluntary Agency Active in Disaster) assistance is provided free of charge. If you are contacted by a private adjuster or private contractor, they may be able to work with your insurance carrier if you are covered, however they are not a Colorado VOAD member and neither Colorado VOAD nor local governments can endorse the work they do.
